Welcome to the 109th year of the Georgetown Clinical Society! We have another great schedule of events this year. Please see the Welcome Brochure on this website for further details.

I am proud to report that our Society continues to thrive in all ways, including financially. Our membership numbers are growing big time! Georgetown medical student participation has never been greater!

Thank you to Daphne Keshishian for hosting a wonderful Welcome Party. Thank you to Maribeth Eiden for her timely talk on Ebola at our first meeting of the year at Chef Geoff's. Thank you to Wendy Gasch for her talk on Washington National Cathedral Gargoyles and to Chef Geoff Tracy for his talk on his successful rise as a Restauranteur at the November meeting doubleheader. These well-attended events have kicked off another great year!

Our Christmas Party, a signature event, will again be held at Congressional CC coming up on Sat Dec 13th at 7pm, with the beloved raw seafood bar as well as a seated dinner and great music and dancing. Seats are going fast, so please register today!

Our Doctor of the Year Dinner will again be held at Bethesda CC on Weds March 18th.

Our May Outing and Dinner will be held at Army Navy CC in Arlington, VA, a new exciting venue, on Weds May 6th.

Our Wine Tasting and Pizza Party will again be graciously hosted by Andrea Giacometti and Ross Vincenti on Sat May 30th and again feature the Vine Guy, Scott Greenberg.

Looking forward to another wonderful year! Please come and join us!

Sincerely,

David Boyd, MD, MBA '04
